Jim has more than three decades of experience in retained executive search. He specializes in finding and attracting senior level leaders to solve specific business challenges and has successfully represented some of the most respected business organizations in the U.S. and abroad. Leadership roles include Board members to C-Level executives and their direct reports.

Furthermore, Jim is a recognized thought leader on a range of topics covering current business conditions, trends in leadership, executive hiring, and compensation related matters. He has published numerous articles and has been interviewed for his perspective by such prominent publications as The Wall Street Journal, Career Journal—from The Wall Street Journal, The Dallas Morning News, Dallas Business Journal, Workindex.com. In addition, he was a Columnist for TheTechMag.com and the Contributing Editor for The Column — An Executive Briefing. Currently, Jim is writing a book on the subject of “Achieving Functional, Leadership, Culture, and Chemistry fit.”

Prior to founding RJMINC, he was co-founder and President of Randall James Monroe, Inc. Before this role, he was Senior Vice President of The Broadmoor Group, L.L.C., an international, U.S. based retained executive search consultancy.
