RJM Announces Executive Appointment: Plant Manager – Construction Aggregates

DALLAS, Texas — Randall James Monroe, Inc., a Dallas based global executive search consultancy is pleased to announce the successful completion of an executive search for Texas Industries, Inc (TXI).

Ken Caldwell has accepted the role as Plant Manager, Mill Creek Stone — one of the largest aggregate mining operations in the country.  Prior to joining TXI, Ken was Plant Manager for Vulcan Materials, the largest producer of construction aggregates in the US.

TXI is publicly held and corporately based in Dallas, Texas with close to $1B in revenues. The company produces cement, aggregates, and consumer products, including ready-mix concrete and other specialty aggregate products, through its CAC business. The company also produces sand, gravel, crushed limestone, well cements, shale, clay, and cement-treated materials used in paving.
