Chief Financial Officer — R. J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC

Michael Donfris has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of R.J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC. Donfris brings more than three decades of financial, strategy, accounting knowledge and leadership experience. Most recently, he was Global Vice President of Finance at Flowserve, a leading manufacturer and service provider of flow control systems. Prior to this role he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Trinity Industries, a market-leading manufacturer of products and services ranging from railcars, barges, highway products, and structural wind towers to railcar leasing and management services. Previous to this role he was Director Corporate Finance and Analysis at Kimberly-Clark, a global consumer products and industrial company spanning 37 countries.

Corman Railroad Group, LLC is a privately held company headquartered in Nicholasville, Kentucky that owns nineteen short line railroads spanning Kentucky, Mississippi, North and South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virgina. The company serves all six Class 1 railroads, many regional and short line railroads as well as various rail-served industries.
